Jen Dees, LMSW, CAADC
When my clients come to me, they often feel lost, hopeless, and misunderstood. Sometimes they don't see the possibilities of relief or happiness in their futures. Whatever your current struggles, I will provide a safe and compassionate space to explore these feelings and work with you to see that positive change is within your reach.
My approach is honest, non-judgmental, and person-centered. I will listen to your needs and goals and aim to empower you towards positive change in your life. I am also a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher, and often use a mindfulness-based approach in treatment. I also recognize that all clients are different, and if this approach does not work for you, we will adapt and take a different route.
I am extremely grateful to be doing this work alongside John and to have the privilege of witnessing the personal growth journeys of my clients.

John George, LLMSW, CAADC-DP
I love working with my clients to help them to make positive changes and overcome the fear that usually comes with change. I have seen the way therapy can impact people's lives and witnessing that transition brings me great joy. I feel therapy is a benefit that everyone should take advantage of and that the best way to live life is by seeking personal growth. I would love to help you with escaping drudgery, anxiety, and fear and shifting your life to live with purpose and intent. I am experienced in helping people overcome the grasp of alcohol and drug addiction and starting on a healthier path.
I am grateful to be in practice with Jen as she is a caring, skilled, and attentive clinician and individual for whom I have great respect and she shares the same passion to help others that I do.
My credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Addictions Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Master of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University. I have a limited license as a master of social work in the State of Michigan and have a Certified Advanced Drug and Alcohol Counselor development plan approved by MCBAP.
