New Workbooks Releasing March 23, 2026

Two workbooks developed by members of our team will be released on March 23, 2026, each designed to support personal growth, emotional awareness, and long-term well-being through practical guidance and reflection.

Community Education: Anxiety

Clarity Counseling & Wellness is also participating in an upcoming community discussion hosted by the Healthy Grosse Pointe and Harper Woods Coalition.

Coalition Meeting

Wednesday, March 258:30 AM

The War Memorial

At the February coalition meeting, participants discussed teen substance use trends and how many adolescents turn to substances as a way to cope with anxiety. The March meeting will expand on that conversation by focusing on anxiety in adolescents, including recognizing signs and symptoms, understanding how anxiety can contribute to substance use, and exploring effective treatment and support strategies.

The discussion will be led by:

Jen Dees, LMSW, CAADC Clarity Counseling & Wellness, LLC

Jennifer Kowalkowski, Ph.D., BCBA-D, LP Director of Behavioral Medicine Corewell Health Beaumont Grosse Pointe Hospital Family Medicine Residency

Parents, educators, and community members interested in adolescent mental health are encouraged to attend.
